About GREEN14:

We're a dynamic deeptech startup focused on the production of high-purity silicon and other critical raw materials with the use of hydrogen plasma. Securing European supply and reducing the carbon footprint.

Our 7 meter high pilot plant at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm is run by an unmatched team of process engineers and material scientists. We're a truly international and diverse team of appx 15 today, combining experience from building businesses and solving challenging engineering issues. 

We are in the epicenter of critical raw materials resilience  and green transition, and will be key for some of the world's most crucial products such as semiconductors, solar panels and batteries.

The Role:

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including fundraising, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and investor relations. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, and ensure that all financial decisions are aligned with the company's mission and goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the fundraising efforts, including equity, debt, project financing, and non-dilutive funding, to support the company's growth plans.
• Manage future dialogues with EPCs to ensure project efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the company.
• Cashflow, investments, and risk management activities.
• Oversee the accounting and tax functions, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and planning, and provide financial analysis and insights to support the executive team.

About You:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience from investment banking and/or venture capital.
• Experience from a startup or high-growth environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preferably background or strong interest in deep tech, clean energy, or green technology.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for sustainability and green innovation.
