Founder and Chairman

This is Jan from Stockholm. Married, father of three and a football fanatic with an unconditional love for Djurgårdens IF. He is also the Chairman and one of two founders of GREEN14. Being part of the founding family of Nordnet Bank he served in several key positions at the top tier niche bank before taking on the entrepreneurial route both as an investor and founder of several startups.

About GREEN14

Silicon production emits 105 million tonnes CO₂ per year, almost a third of the UK’s total emissions. We want to change that. Almost all silicon is extracted using an outdated method, involving enormous amounts of coal. With our technology, green hydrogen is used to replace coal as a necessary additive for the extraction process, drastically reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
